I am so excited that my new book,          Jump Start,

This story is about a boy named Marco, who is described by others as smart, funny, friendly...and big.  
After suffering a humiliating first day in middle school, followed by a thrilling jump rope exhibition, Marco decides that it is time to make some big changes in his life.  With his mother's help, he develops a plan that he calls Jump Start.  Marco learns to set realistic, achievable goals as he works to become fit for life and ends up impacting his whole school.
This book is a must when teaching children of all shapes and sizes how to be healthy and active.

I am very happy to announce that my sister, Chris Flesor, illustrated this book for me.  She gave Marco a face, life and personality!  It is wonderful that our names are both on the cover of this very important book!
